Sparton’s Plaistow Facility Wins Ninth Consecutive Raytheon Award

Sparton Corporation was recognized for its outstanding performance as a supplier to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems(IDS), with a 3-Star Supplier award, at the Supplier Excellence Conference held in Boston, Mass. on May 17, 2018. This is the 9th consecutive year Sparton’s Plaistow, NH facility has earned the Excellence Award.
Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business instituted the annual Supplier Excellence Awards program to recognize suppliers who have provided outstanding service and partnership in exceeding customer requirements. Award candidates are judged on certain criteria, including overall quality and on-time delivery. Sparton Corporation was one of 66 companies recognized by Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business for 3-Star honors. Sparton’s Plaistow, NH facility supplies sub-assemblies for the Patriot Air and Missile Defense System, Zumwalt Class Destroyer, and THAAD & AN/TPY-2 Radar Systems programs.
