The survey and action platform Brilliant Future has announced that NCAB Group has been awarded the best employer in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Industrial category for the 2024 edition of the Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience.
The award from Brilliant Future is solely based on objective data and feedback from the employees themselves. It measures which organizations excel in caring for their employees, drawing from over 230,000 responses from employee surveys that serve as the foundation for the results.
“These are challenging economic times for many organizations. Our data shows that organizations that excel in clarity and make employees feel involved stand out. Leadership communication is key, and it’s more important than ever to map, analyze, and act on employee feedback. Both for the sake of the employees and the company. Our data also shows that organizations with engaged employees also have more loyal customers. Crucial insights to take into account in these times,” says Ulrika Jonsson, CEO of Brilliant Future.
“I’m overwhelmed by this news, us winning the Brilliant Awards once again. This is one of the finest recognitions we can get as it is based on the voice of all our employees around the NCAB world. I’m so proud of what we have achieved, all together, truly living our values and establishing a value-based culture,” says Eva Holm, VP People & Culture NCAB Group.
